| Ordering: |
- You may place your orders 24 hours
a day using this on-line catalog system.
- Orders placed before 12:00pm (cst)
are processed on same business day.
- Orders placed after 12:00pm (cst) are
processed on next business day.
- You may order by phone during

| Delivery: |
- CMS makes regular
deliveries of supplies, glass and moulding.
- Orders under $50.00 are subject to
a $10.00 delivery charge.
- Please ask your customer service
representative about delivery service in your area.

| Shipping: |
- Chop orders and matboard orders
are shipped within 24 hours of receipt.
- Footage orders are shipped within
48 hours of receipt.
- Orders delivered by CMS
trucks must be called in by 3:00pm on the day prior to delivery.
- Orders called in after 3:00pm are
not guaranteed next day delivery.
- FedEx shipments are subject to
packing charges.

| Minimum Orders: |
- The minimum order for chop frame
is three (3) feet.
|
| Pick Up Orders: |
- Orders will
receive a 2% discount when paid in cash at time of order. (unless paid
with credit card)
- Items already discounted may not
qualify for the cash and carry discount.
- A one-hour notice is required for
pick-up orders.
- Joined frames will be available
for pick-up the following business day.

| Returns and Claims: |
- Prior authorization is required to
return merchandise for credit.
- All claims of shortage or defects
must be made within 10 days from receipt of goods and include invoice
number and date.
- We are unable to issue a credit
for any size, stock number or quantity difference unless is varies from
the original packing list.
- Please give the name of your
account and account number when ordering.
- Merchandise returned for credit
(not our error) is subject to a restocking fee and any transportation
charges involved.
- Please inspect merchandise upon
receipt for any defects, damage, or size errors prior to joining or
altering merchandise.
- We do not accept returns on joined
frames, cut mats, or any altered merchandise.

| Credit Information: |
- To establish an account with us,
it is necessary that each customer complete and submit a credit
application.
- Customers with satisfactory credit
references will be allowed an open account.
- Please allow four (4) weeks for
credit approval.
- Until credit is approved, all
orders will be sent on a Prepay or COD bases.
